A clear boundary around synthetic payment testing.
These terms govern access to Switchbench, an independent pre-production validation environment by GY Labs. Effective 9 August 2026.
1. Acceptance and accounts
By using the site or a Switchbench service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation. Keep account details and credentials accurate and confidential, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
2. Permitted use
Switchbench may be used only for lawful, authorised development, integration, testing, review, and pre-production validation using synthetic scenarios and data. It is not a payment processor, card network, certification service, or production payment system.
3. Prohibited inputs and workflows
Do not submit real PANs, cardholder data, production keys, live payment credentials, authentication secrets, or other sensitive production data. Do not use Switchbench to move live money, connect unauthorised production systems, or test against systems you do not own or have permission to access.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give GY Labs the limited permission needed to host, process, and display it to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for that content and for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
5. Acceptable use and ownership
Do not interfere with the service, probe or bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, infringe rights, or use the service to build an unauthorised competing service. GY Labs and its licensors own the service, software, documentation, and branding; these terms grant use rights, not ownership.
6. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to provide a useful service but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or fit-for-purpose operation. Switchbench outputs are testing evidence, not payment, legal, security, compliance, or certification advice. You must complete required partner approval, formal certification, and production-readiness processes independently.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GY Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update these terms when the service or law changes and will publish the updated version here. We may suspend or end access where needed for security, legal compliance, misuse, or service changes. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions intended to continue, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, survive termination.
